Estimated Construction Cost: $6,500,000 12,000 s.f. renovation of an existing building which dates back to the early days of the resort. Pursuing LEED Platinum certification. Sustainable features include BIPV, solar hot Water, photovoltaic tracking array, adaptive reuse, wind power, geothermal heat exchanger, exclusive LED lighting, radiant heating & cooling, displacement and natural ventilation, passive solar, recycled materials, low emitting materials, water use reduction, and four Innovation in Design credits are being pursued.
